The CIUSSS du Nord-de-l’Île-de-Montréal announces the opening of a brand-new CLSC in Montréal-Nord-Est.
Designed to meet the needs of the local community, this center offers a full range of medical care and psychosocial services in a welcoming and accessible environment
The CIUSSS du Nord-de-l’Île-de-Montréal officially unveils the CLSC of Montréal-Nord-Est, located at 12345 boulevard Albert-Hudon, Montréal (QC) H1G 3L1.This new local community service center was created to provide close-to-home care for all residents of the area, with a human and inclusive approach.
The CLSC stands out for its “open-door” reception model, where a dedicated person is available to guide each visitor to the appropriate services.Whether for medical care, psychosocial support, or specialized services, the goal is clear: to make healthcare accessible to everyone, without exception.
🕗 Opening Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.• Closed on weekends and public holidays
🩺 Walk-in Services:
• Psychosocial support (personal, family, professional issues)• Emergency oral contraception• Basic nursing care
📅 Appointment-Based Services:
• Specialized nursing care (dressings, blood sugar, blood pressure)• Youth clinic (STIs, contraception, pregnancy)
• Postnatal follow-up and baby workshops• Prenatal classes and breastfeeding support• Addiction services (alcohol, drugs, gambling)
• Vision care for eligible individuals
