The multifunctional cultural centre project in Beaconsfield is emerging as a model of
sustainable architecture and community integration.

Located in Centennial Park, this landmark building aims to enrich local cultural life while
respecting the natural environment of Lake Saint-Louis.

A Visionary Project for the Community

The City of Beaconsfield is taking a major step forward with the creation of its multifunctional cultural centre, a space designed to bring people together, inspire, and connect citizens.

This project is part of a broader commitment to sustainable development, social inclusion, and the enhancement of natural heritage.

Architecture in Harmony with Nature

Located in Centennial Park, the building blends seamlessly into its surroundings with a wood structure, green roofs, rain gardens, and bioretention systems.

Its orientation maximizes natural light and offers stunning views of Lake Saint-Louis.

Flexible and Inclusive Spaces

The centre will house a modern library, exhibition halls, a digital fabrication lab, an event space, and a café-bistro.

These spaces are designed to foster creativity, intergenerational learning, and civic engagement.

Already Gaining Recognition

The project was recently awarded a 2025 WAN Award in the “Future Projects – Commercial Building” category, highlighting its excellence in sustainable design and social innovation.
