Kirkland – Fairview Centre

Residential development project of approximately 1000 units distributed as single-family homes, townhouses, condo blocks or rental apartments near the future Fairview-Pointe-Claire station of the REM.

Place Versailles

This iconic shopping centre in east Montreal is about to undergo a major transformation over 25 years.

Namur - Hippodrome

This urban project ultimately envisions up to 20,000 new homes, 50% of which will be outside the market.
