Our Team
Created in 2008 by two real estate brokers, Alain and Jean, the iResidence.ca project took the form of a self-service website, used by more than 227,232 visitors as of December 31, 2024.
These are the same two entrepreneurs, now joined by a whole team of collaborators and experts in their field, who are offering you for 2025 a doubled version of the original site, as well as this brand new WikiResidence.ca site, still in a self-service version, with the help of a very recent collaborator, digital this time, BIM, who will very soon be able to converse with you, once he has completed his AI training.

Our iResidence.ca website now covers all areas of the Island of Montreal, from Pointe-aux-Trembles to Baie d'Urfé. This includes some off-island neighborhoods that are part of the STM metro, REM, and EXO public transit networks (Brossard, Laval, and Longueuil).
That's more than double last year's total. 46, compared to 22 in 2024. In addition to containing 100% of listings by all real estate brokers from all banners and agencies or working on their own, and nearly 500 residential complexes, each with its own page where you can find current listings. We had 222 in 2024.
