A New Innovative Community Hub in Pointe-Saint-Charles

Located at 1295 rue de Laprairie, in the heart of Pointe-Saint-Charles, La Petite Maison sur Laprairie is an ambitious project that aims to create a community space that is exemplary in terms of energy and environmental efficiency.

This innovative, two-story, carbon-neutral certified building will house the four founding organizations:

Families in Action, the Madame Prend Congé Women's Center, the Regroupement Information Logement, and the Pointe-Saint-Charles Popular Consumers' Club.

In synergy with a parallel project of 52 social housing units built by Habitations Laprairie and located on the upper floors, this community hub will accommodate the activities and services of the founding organizations.
